A man who shared online videos which glorify ISIS has today, Tuesday, 16 May, pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey to five counts of dissemination of terrorist publications.
Detectives from the Counter Terrorism Command arrested and charged Sabbir Miah, 24, of east London with three counts of the offence in December 2016.
While on court bail in relation to these offences, Miah continued to post videos produced and promoted by ISIS. Met detectives subsequently further arrested and charged Miah with three more counts of the offence.
The judge today ordered that one of the counts lie on file. Sentencing of Miah is scheduled for 19 June at the same court.
